Who are we ?

We are Didier Arnauts and Claudine Gendre. Specialized for several years in renting beautiful properties on Costa Tropical. We speak fluently English, French, Spanish and Dutch.
We take care of the management of 30 to 35 properties (apartments and villas), which we have selected for you. 90% of our owners reside abroad and have entrusted us with responsibility for their property. We offer luxury villas and apartments, always with beautiful sea views and private swimming pools. Thanks to the more favorable climate we have on the Costa Tropical (the best of all continental Europe, 18º in the shade in winter), our rentals can also interest tourists who want to spend the winter in the sun. That’s why our properties are carefully chosen so that you can stay several months in a row, here with us under the sun, while feeling like you are at home. In “winter”, the interior comfort is also important and we take care of it.

Why are we unique ?

Because we take care of our guests throughout their stay. We don’t just give you the keys to the property you rented. We ensure that everything will be perfect throughout your holiday, starting, if you wish, by advising you for your transport from the airport and the administrative obligations for you. During your stay it’s always convenient and reassuring to have someone who speaks your language and who can help you deal with any possible health problem or whatever. For this, we remain available every day, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
